Hey everyone! Has anyone implemented Pick & Place robots (https://quant-robotics.com/solutions/pick-place) in their facility? I'm curious about real ROI and potential pitfalls. We're looking at automating our sorting and packaging line—currently 3 workers across 2 shifts doing repetitive tasks. I've heard modern systems are easy to reconfigure for different operations. What's your experience been like? Is it worth the investment?
